About Protecting the Homeland Innovations

Protecting the Homeland Innovations provides training on the use of the ProActive Terrorist Recognition and Interdiction Operations and Tactics Training System™. We provide proactive threat mitigation training using an additional, effective layer of security for the elevated terrorism threat level directed at our nations critical infrastructures.

The founders of PHI are Master Instructors who are all sworn law enforcement officers who collectively have over 100 years of law enforcement experience. Our team has taught this course to over 4,000 federal, state, and local police and security officers from over 150 agencies and more than 6,000 civilian front line employees.
