Homeland Security Training Accomplishments
We have completed training for the entire uniformed police division at the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, the busiest airport in the Continental United States, in which 84 million passengers travel.
July 2007 PHI, LLC completed five months of training with AMTRAK Police Department in which their entire national police force was trained.
PHI, LLC has recently completed training for the entire Washington Metro Transit Authority (WMTA), May 31, 2006.
In 2006 PHI took its methodology nationwide and into two countries outside of the United States (UK & Canada) as a proven and effective added layer of security in today's contemporary transportation sectors.
In 2005 the instructors completed training of the entire transit police force for Massachusetts, The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Police Department.
PHI, LLC has assisted the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in setting up a pilot program using a derivative program of our proactive threat mitigation programs at three airports which began in the fall of 2004, and are scheduled to be rolled out to forty (40) Category X international airports across the United States.

In 2002 our trainers originally developed the Behavior Assessment Screening System (BASS) which was designed for airports. As of June 1, 2007 the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. System™ has been approved by the Department of Homeland Security as a state approved course. All government entities who receive DHS funding are eligible to spend their grant funding to cover all training costs associated with training law enforcement officers, security personnel and civilian front line employees in the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. System™.
