Designed to help mitigate terrorist threats before an attack occurs, PHI’s PATRIOT™ behavior detection system provides the training necessary to observe and analyze the behavior of scores of individuals per minute to identify potentially high-risk individuals.  The ProActive Terrorist Recognition and Interdiction Operations and Tactics Training System™ (P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™), is approved by the Department of Homeland Security and therefore, any DHS monies earmarked for counter-terrorism training can be used toward PHI’s P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™.

Through PHI’s P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™, participants will learn to analyze and focus on people who are observed to be potentially high-risk individuals.  This proactive threat mitigation training is imperative to protect the security of our nation’s critical infrastructures.  Trained federal agency personnel, using critical recognition and interdiction techniques, will be able to examine scores of people per minute to isolate the potential high-risk individual.  Depending upon the outcome of their observations, trained personnel will then take the appropriate risk mitigating action and identify proactive areas of acceptable resolution.

The use of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™ provides the advantage of detecting terrorists when they are most vulnerable, during attack planning and preparation. Use of PHI’s training system increases the ability of law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate the potential threat, before an incident occurs.

It is important to note that each P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™ program is customized to contain current, up-to-date threat information for that region.  In addition, all members of our training staff are former or active law enforcement personnel with hands-on experience utilizing the training methods being taught. Therefore, instruction methods often include first-hand testimony regarding the effectiveness of stated techniques, providing a more credible and effective training experience for all.
