State Police

The use of advanced behavior recognition techniques is imperative in today’s state and local policing climate, to help insure public safety.  Lone wolf terrorist incidents have been on the rise.  Such threats make it paramount that law enforcement personnel are properly trained to recognize high-risk behavior before it poses a threat to others.

Through PHI’s P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Training System™, state law enforcement officers learn advanced techniques to examine and analyze individuals to isolate potentially high-risk individuals.  Curriculum includes methods of using critical recognition and interdiction techniques to identify, engage and mitigate potential threats.

Trained law enforcement officers will quickly be able to identify potential threats, take appropriate risk mitigating action and identify proactive methods of acceptable resolution, before an attack occurs.  In addition, all members of our training staff are former or active law enforcement personnel with hands-on experience utilizing the training methods being taught. Therefore, instruction methods often include first-hand testimony regarding the effectiveness of stated techniques, providing a more credible and effective training experience for all.
